Academy · from process to opportunity

Understand every opportunity from start to finish

The Sonsolodatos Academy explains how each opportunity type evolves, what to check at every stage and how to test the method against real cases.

Public

Special situations learning path

Five stages connect market foundations, event theses, a common method, specialisations and practice without replacing existing content.

From learning to monitoring

One opportunity, its whole lifecycle

Learn to read a transaction from its first evidence to its outcome, not just its announcement.

  1. 1 · Discover and corroborate

Identify the family and consult official sources. An announcement is a signal, not an already validated opportunity.

  2. 2 · Validate and publish

Check facts, conditions and unknowns. Publication depends on each type’s rules and human review where required.

  3. 3 · Follow the same transaction

Compare updates with earlier evidence: terms, dates or risks may change without creating another opportunity. Distinguish confirmed changes from changes awaiting review.

  4. 4 · Confirm the outcome

Look for evidence of the result, including cancellation. An expected date or an estimate does not confirm completion.

Completing a lesson neither validates nor changes a real transaction’s state. Available coverage and monitoring depend on each source and type; they are not universal.

Nine economic families: ASR belongs within issuer offers. The +1 governance and control radar is a separate qualitative tool; Activism retains its learning archive.

Foundations · before the opportunities

Build a common foundation for understanding markets

Ten ordered lessons cover ownership, markets, execution, returns, dates, capital and evidence before each opportunity type. The first five lessons and the glossary are public.
