Guide · Module 2
Every Live Radar signal has its own page: who, where and how much, what it still needs to become a situation, and a button to have us notify you.

01
The Live Radar picks up deals as soon as they appear. A signal is a deal that has not entered the catalogue yet: it lacks the regulator's official document or some piece of data. Every Live Radar row opens its page.
The page is composed from the fields our classifier extracts. It never reproduces the wire's headline or text: you see the parties, the country and the regulator, and the link to the official document once there is one.
The Live Radar has two tabs. Main radar gathers the five families that can be born as a tracked ficha: M&A, spin-offs, liquidations, odd-lots and issuer self-tenders and Dutch auctions. Governance & Control gathers activism and control changes, post-bankruptcy, rights offerings, uplistings and holdings: news to follow, with no spread.
02
The top identifies the deal. Anything unknown reads «—».
The company the deal is about and the one launching it.
The symbols the companies involved trade under.
Where it is processed and who must publish the official document.
The type of special situation it fits, the same one the catalogue uses.
03
The spot and the spread are computed when the page opens and are never stored. Missing data reads N/A: we never estimate it.
The price per share on offer, when the news carries it.
The target share's latest price.
(offer − spot) / spot. Beyond ±90 % it is not a spread but a misread, and the page leaves it N/A.
04
The timeline shows where the signal stands and what comes next.
The radar picks up the deal. It is the starting point, with its date and time.
When the regulator publishes it, the page marks it and links the document. Until then, it reads «waiting».
Once what is needed is in place, the signal becomes a catalogue situation with its own page, linked from here.
Without an official document, the signal leaves the radar 96 hours after it arrived; the page shows the date.
05
A block marks each requirement as Met or Pending, so you know what to expect. Below it, the company's other situations we already track.
Proof that the deal exists beyond the news.
Without a specific listed security there is nothing to follow in the market.
The reference that turns the news into a measurable spread.
06
No need to come back every day. Press «Notify me» on the page and the signal tells you itself.
The request is saved; cancel it with «Stop notifying me».
We write to you when the regulator publishes the document, with a link to the page.
When the situation is born we write again and add it to My desk, once.
If it expires, the watch ends there, with no further e-mails.
07
The radar is the same for everyone; what changes is when you see it and with which figures.
The page invites you to create a free account to open it.
Signals 24 h late, with their identity and path but no figures (offer, spot and spread locked). «Notify me» notifications also arrive 24 h late.
Live, with price and spread from the moment the alert arrives.
Not yet. It is a dated lead. Only once born does it enter the catalogue, with its legal critical path and its full figures.
By policy: the page only uses the fields we extract and links the official document, which is the source that counts.
It becomes a regular follow of the situation: you will find it in My desk and get its alerts.
No artificial intelligence: figures and text computed with fixed rules from official sources. Information, never an investment recommendation or personalised advice. Full legal notice
