The 9+1 catalogue

Nine economic families. One qualitative radar.

Each family raises different questions: offer terms, rights, distributions, a new capital structure or asset values. Analysis and metrics must reflect those differences.

+1 · qualitative radar

Governance and control

Qualitative radar for holdings disclosures, board contests, defences and settlements. Each event retains its history and official evidence.

Context on who can influence a company and what is changing. A separate qualitative view: not a tenth economic family, a spread or a buy signal. Initial coverage draws on public US SEC filings.

What this radar adds

The catalogue describes the product scope, not a count of available opportunities. Coverage depends on the source, country and evidence; a family may have no published cases. We continue to expand and verify coverage during the beta.

how it works

Finding it is the start. Understanding its changes is the work.

  1. We find it at the source

We look for announcements in enabled sources: regulators, filing registers and investor relations. The official document is retained as evidence; a news report can alert us but does not replace that source.

  2. Identify and validate

We check the company, transaction and terms. Complete official facts can be incorporated automatically where that workflow is supported; ambiguities and analytical decisions go to the team. Detection is not publication.

  3. Monitor the same opportunity

Daily processes revisit sources to look for changes throughout its life. New documents belong to the existing transaction and its history; another announcement does not automatically become another opportunity.

  4. Verify milestones and outcomes

Changes to terms, deadlines and states are checked against evidence and the required review. A close, cancellation or final distribution needs confirmation; an elapsed date does not prove an outcome.

A daily process does not guarantee new findings or automatic publication. Missing data, source failures and judgment calls require review. Each case's status and availability depend on its evidence and validation.

what we offer

From the filing to your workspace

Your monitoring dashboard

Bring together your followed situations and return to published cases that interest you. A personal starting point for updates and milestones, separate from the team's internal review queues.

Calendar

See dated milestones for published situations: deadlines, meetings and expected closes when supported by the evidence. An estimated date is not a confirmed execution.

Portfolio

Organise your research and practise with simulated portfolios, rules and a decision diary for supported cases. The platform does not execute real-money trades.

Sector reports

So you can better understand the corporate moves of the companies we follow, and what those moves set off in turn.

Community

What members are reading, rating and discussing across our fichas and reports. Comment on the deals and rate the ones you find useful.

Faro, your copilot

Ask about concepts and the information available for special situations. Faro helps you navigate and query the platform; it does not replace the filings or your judgment.

Sonsolodatos doesn't recommend investments, doesn't manage money and doesn't execute real orders. It's the workbench: verifiable data, explicit rules and an honest record of every decision. What you do with it is up to you.
