How is the list card read?

Each number marks one line or figure of the card; below, what it shows and how it is read. The card is a schematic: it carries no deal's data.

  1. 1Line 1 · Ticker on the Big Board

Identifies the official trading symbol, with the exchange and country, the family label (08) and the days elapsed since the announcement («Day N»).

  2. 2Line 2 · Promoted Company

Name of the company leaving unregulated or secondary markets and, below it, its sector.

  3. 3Line 3 · Official Market Transition

After the «Uplisting» label, names the situation's market transition: which market it leaves and which exchange it joins. Compliance with the listing standards is checked in the case page, Market jump tab.

  4. 4Line 4 · Score and DRI

Chips for the 0–100 composite score and the Deal Reliability Index (DRI). The card's score is not the case page's RAAS and only appears when the DRI clears its threshold.

  5. 5Main figure: Spread and IRR

The large figure is the situation's spread and, below it, its IRR; without a formal close date the IRR reads «Pending regulatory resolution». If the deal was announced less than 30 days ago, the figure is reserved for subscribers.

  6. 6Spot Price

Market price of the share in its currency. If there is no sourced price, it shows N/D; it is never estimated.

  7. 7Offer under the spot; the floor, in the case page

Under the price, the card shows the offer price when there is one (in an uplisting, the admission offering's price, if any). The floor —downside to the unaffected T-1 price— and the asymmetry are read in the case page's Summary.

  8. 8Footer: Stage and close date

Shows the stage the situation is at (for example, exchange approval, the debut or the index-inclusion window in which passive funds must buy) and the close date: «Close (formal date)» only if it appears in an official document; otherwise «Estimated close».
